Koizumi Chikahikowas born as the third son of Koizumi Oyamasa.He lost his parents when he was young and he was brought up by his grandmother.He graduated from Tokyo university of medicine in Meiji 41.He wanted to become a doctor.He became the welfare minister in Showa 19 and he created the national health insurance law.He became the Red Cross corpoationdirector.He committed suicide in Showa 20 before he was interrogated as a war criminal.He was 62 years old.鯖江の先人画像をクリックで動画が流れます■小泉親彦
